Chilkat Charset simplifies international character encoding conversion. It supports the conversion of any character encoding to and from Unicode and utf-8. It supports direct conversions among the alternative character encodings for Japanese, Chinese, Korean and other languages. For example, one can convert directly from Shift-JIS to iso-2022-jp. Supports all major languages including Arabic, Chinese Simplified, Chinese Traditional, Cyrillic, Greek, Hebrew, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Turkish, Vietnamese, and all Western Languages.
